The “bike to work” initiative brings fresh air, exercise and a sense of community into everyday working life – perfectly in line with the internal motto “Pedalling Together”. In May and June 2026, Küchler Technik AG is taking part in the nationwide “bike to work” campaign. Together with over 100,000 participants across Switzerland, the focus is on movement, team spirit and sustainable mobility.

The idea is simple and effective: commuting to work as often as possible by bike, e-bike or on foot. This promotes health, protects the environment and brings new energy into the working day.

Why Küchler Technik is taking part

Participation fits directly with the company value of “acting responsibly” – towards employees, the team and the environment. Physical activity supports personal well-being while also making a tangible contribution to sustainable mobility. At the same time, “bike to work” strengthens team spirit: kilometres are collected together, motivation is shared and successes are celebrated.

On the move together – with plenty of drive

The employees of Küchler Technik demonstrate with great commitment that sustainable commuting works perfectly in everyday life. Currently, four teams are participating with full motivation – each with its own unique character:

  • 🐾 Küchler’s MUNGGelis – agile, fast and always one step ahead
  • ⚔️ Nidwaldner Velo Warriors – relaxed start, steady performance
  • 🥣 Porridgepower – strength, endurance and no distance too far
  • 🔗 Küchler’s Chain Reaction – one starts pedalling, everyone follows

Whether it’s a short commute or an extra round – every kilometre counts. The friendly competition provides additional motivation, but the main focus remains on the joy of movement and the shared experience.

Accompanied by Supermunggeli

The initiative is also visually supported by the mascot Supermunggeli, symbolising commitment, motivation and team spirit. This makes “bike to work” at Küchler Technik more than just a campaign: it becomes a shared experience that connects people, gets them moving and makes a valuable contribution to health and the environment.
