Presentation by Markus Rindlisbacher at the seventh Information Conference in Sursee

On September 20, 2025, our Executive Board member Markus Rindlisbacher will talk at the seventh Information Conference for Drilling, Blasting and Anchoring Technology at the Sursee Campus about the use of anchor stockings in geotechnical engineering. Anchor stockings are important components when filling drill holes in order to introduce the injection material in a targeted manner and at the same time protect groundwater and surrounding materials.

Challenges of using anchor stockings

Although anchor stockings are a proven method in geotechnical engineering, their successful use requires a precise understanding of the geology, the materials used and the technical components. Problems such as the flowing away of injection mortars through crevices or cavities can lead to significant material losses and safety risks. In addition, choosing the right anchor stocking has a significant impact on the load-bearing capacity and stability of the piping.

KÜSOX® – innovative solutions for controlled filling

Our KÜSOX® anchor stockings have been specially developed to overcome these challenges. There are two variants:

  • KÜSOX® white: A stretchy polyester stocking that adapts flexibly to different drill hole conditions.
  • KÜSOX® black: A durable stocking made of PP & PE fabric that works reliably even in demanding conditions.

Both variants enable controlled filling of the drill hole with injection mortar (optimally in combination with KÜMIX® or KIM 500) and prevent the undesirable loss of material in crevices and cavities. This not only increases safety, but also improves the cost-effectiveness of construction projects.

Areas of application

KÜSOX® anchor stockings are ideal for applications in special civil engineering and geothermal energy, where precise and safe drill hole filling is of key importance.
