Mixing, conveying, and injecting

The Gertec range extends from batch, continuous, and foamed-concrete mixers to hose, plunger, and progressive-cavity pumps, through to injection technology in the low-pressure range up to 50 bar, the medium-pressure range up to 100 bar, and the high-pressure range above 100 bar.

For selection on the job site, the key factors are above all the pressure range, delivery rate, material preparation, conveying distance, and placement process. A low-pressure injection places different demands on the machine and delivery rate than a high-pressure injection or an application with a longer conveying distance.

Applications in special civil engineering

Bored piles, diaphragm walls, excavation-pit walls, high-pressure injections, as well as slope and embankment stabilization are among the application areas in special civil engineering in which suspensions are processed, conveyed, or injected.

In addition to standard products, Gertec offers customer-specific machine adaptations as well as machine and process developments.
